PA Tea Festival 2021
On a gorgeous Pennsylvania weekend, it was awesome to get back out "on the go" and set up on location.
Deb Beamer, owner of Mechanicsburg Mystery Bookshop, at the Pa Tea Festival with her booth for the shop.
It was a pleasure to be re-invited by The Rosemary House to handle the selling of the visiting author's books for both days of the PA Tea Festival. This was our FIRST on location event since March of 2020.
Our first author on Friday was Catherine Bruns with her latest addition to both her Cookies and Chance series and her Italian Chef series.
Our second author on Friday was Christine Trent talking about her both her mystery series detailing the adventures of Florence Nightingale and her female mortician in the Lady of Ashes series.
Our only author for Saturday was local author Misty Simon with her latest book, Much Ado About Nauticaling under her new pen name of Gabby Allan. Her other series, the Tallie Graver Mysteries is based in a town very similar to Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and included places that will be recognizable to locales.
We thoroughly enjoyed helping with the event and meeting all the amazing readers that purchased a book from our table! It was a busy two days and we hope to see everyone again next year! #teafestival #pa #books #bookshop
